During my time at HAVAS Melbourne, I had the opportunity to work with HAVAS People, an agency specialising in recruitment campaigns for major Australian businesses. Here are just a few examples of some of the work I developed with them. 
SBS - There's a reason 
Showing Aussies there's more reasons to work for SBS than they think
When developing SBS’s brand EVP we discovered a commonality amongst their employees. They all had a special reason for working at the broadcaster. Australian's have an affinity for SBS and we found that for many employees, SBS had actually played a formative role in their lives. Building on this insight, we developed a campaign around six employees’ reasons for working at SBS; showcasing the challenges and opportunities of working for Australia’s most progressive broadcaster.  
CommBank - Unlikely Matches 
Showing grads a career can be found in the most unlikely places
Commbank needed to attract a more diverse range of graduates with backgrounds in STEM, Arts, and Humanities. But these grads didn’t think their qualifications were much of match for a bank. We needed to show graduates that it was the very fact they weren’t a traditional candidate that made them the perfect match for Commbank. 
Victoria Fire Services - It's how we prepare
Showing recruits that firefighters do a lot more than fight fires.
When people imagine the lives of firefighters, they think they spend their days doing just that - fighting fires. But the reality is these men and women spend each and every day training and preparing for all kinds of situations. We needed to help the VFS realign the publics and potential recruits’ perception of what it means to be a firefighter.
